Free to use

Templates on Flow Templates are free to download and use, including in commercial projects. You may adapt them to your own workflows. You may not resell the templates as a paid template pack of your own.

Provided “as is” — test before production

Every template is built and tested on a real instance and re-import-verified before publishing, and each page shows when it was last verified. Even so, platforms, apps and APIs change. Templates are provided without warranty: always run a template on test data and review it before relying on it in production. You are responsible for what your automations do with your data and accounts.

Your credentials and third-party services

You connect your own accounts and API keys after importing. Your use of n8n, Zapier, Make and any connected app is governed by those services’ own terms and pricing, not ours.

Trademarks

n8n, Zapier and Make are trademarks of their respective owners. Flow Templates is an independent library and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
