Zapier Templates — not yet published
Zapier is a no-code automation platform built around “Zaps” — trigger-and-action flows between your apps. Each template opens as a shared Zap that copies straight into your own account, where you reconnect your apps and publish.

How importing works
- Open the shared Zap. Use the Open template button above — it opens this Zap in your own Zapier account.
- Accept the template. Zapier copies the steps into a new draft Zap owned by you.
- Reconnect each app. Each step prompts you to choose your own connected account — see the connections table below.
- Map your fields. Confirm the field mapping in each action step against your own data.
- Test and publish. Use Test step on each action, then Publish to turn the Zap on.
Frequently asked questions
Are there Zapier templates available yet?
Not yet. The first Zapier templates are being built and tested on a real Zapier account. A template is published here only after it has been run, exported, sanitized and re-import-verified — until then this page has no download.
How will I use a Zapier template once it is published?
1. Open the shared Zap: Use the Open template button above — it opens this Zap in your own Zapier account. 2. Accept the template: Zapier copies the steps into a new draft Zap owned by you. 3. Reconnect each app: Each step prompts you to choose your own connected account — see the connections table below. 4. Map your fields: Confirm the field mapping in each action step against your own data. 5. Test and publish: Use Test step on each action, then Publish to turn the Zap on.
Will they work on my account?
Yes. Templates ship with placeholder credentials only — you connect your own Zapier accounts after importing. Nothing here stores or sees your keys.
Where can I find working templates right now?
The n8n library has 5 verified templates — each built and run on a real n8n instance, exported as import-ready workflow JSON and re-import-verified, with a last-verified date on the page.
